In the US, businesses such as retailers, restaurants and hotels employ millions and spend billions for customer service - still customers in most cases are not thrilled with on-location customer experience. We'd like to change that. Our founding team has engineers from Samsung, Google and Qualcomm. We are reinventing on-location customer service into a customer experience that is personalized, scalable and digitally engaged.
